My Approach
One of the areas I find my Coaching skills to be most effective is identifying blockages or blind spots due to past experiences which may have paralyzed an individual and prevented from achieving their personal goals, may it happiness, health, success, self-confidence or living life to its fullest.
Individual’s needs vary and are unique to each person, as we explore such areas, I will assess where the focus should be for each client, and depending on complexities and ultimate goals, it may require several sessions.
My technique helps with personal accomplishments and turns excuses into successes by unlocking the minds potential.
We can work together on almost any concern as I address every day issues, of all kinds, that ordinary people may be experiencing. I am looking for the

What Coaching tools are used?
I use several and customize for each specific client and situation. Some of the most common are, specific goal setting, values, anchors, wheel of life, enneagram, visualization, mindfulness, meditation and hypnosis among others.
Will I see results immediately?
Once you are committed and start taking action, the results or transformation will be almost immediate. Progress correlates to the level of commitment and action and thus varies on an individual basis.

The state of deep relaxation can have an impact on both physical and psychological conditions and may help improve your general functioning to make you feel better mentally and physically.
What is Hypnosis and how can it help me?
Hypnosis is a very natural state of mind and you have experienced several times but to you, it may be totally unnoticed. Hypnosis is a technique were your subconscious mind is retrained to unleash what you really want and cannot force anyone to do anything against their will.Level of openness and readiness to guided suggestions is the basis for its success.
